Design Development

Refine the design with detailed technical drawings, 3D visuals, material selections, finishes, lighting,and furniture.

STAGE 5

Budgeting & Contractor /Supplier Selection
Define the project scope and align with the budget.

Source contractors,

suppliers, and key materials.

STAGE 6

Final Design Approval & Construction Preparation Present the final design package for client approval, including all drawings and specifications needed for execution.

STAGE 7

Construction & Execution Contractor onboarding

site visits to oversee implementation and coordinate with the construction team, ensuring the design is executed accurately according to the original plans.

STAGE 8

Styling & Handover

Final touches including loose furniture, décor, and accessories. Conduct a full walkthrough with the client.
