A curated interplay between the building's historic architecture and subtle contemporary interventions defines the spirit of the project. The design builds upon the existing structure and crafted details, allowing the building’s history to remain visible and celebrated.

 

The intent was to reveal and enhance it, introducing a restrained modern layer that quietly complements the original character. Portuguese tiles were thoughtfully reintroduced throughout the building, weaving craftsmanship, texture, and cultural memory into the architectural narrative. The results are apartments where heritage and modernity coexist, creating spaces that feel both timeless and deeply rooted in their past.
