Preliminary design & space planning

Design Development
Refine the design with detailed technical drawings, 3D visuals, material selections, finishes, lighting,and furniture.

Budgeting & Contractor /Supplier Selection
Define the project scope and align with the budget.
Source contractors,
suppliers, and key materials.

Final Design Approval & Construction Preparation Present the final design package for client approval, including all drawings and specifications needed for execution.

Construction & Execution Contractor onboarding
